    there real plan for rnp is to turn back into gravel road & install wire rope
    fencing & populate with wildlife trained to run out infront of you :(

    They have actually. There are certain sections, on the southern end of the
    road that are that lovely hot mix stuff. mmmm .... goodo!

    During the week you get trucks and tour coahces instead!!!

    (MP was bewwwwwwwwwwdiful when they had the stop lights down the road a bit
    from the bottom, while they were doing road works. Just sit there and wait
    for the red, and then the green, and then you have a clear run up the pass
    (well, for the first few corners at least.))
