Ride on Tuesday (SYD)

Tuesday, the longest possible day until more Monday.

And this week, it's even a public holiday!!!

Anyone up for a ride?

Gonna be leaving from my place (Guildford) around 9:30am.

Don't know where we're going yet (any suggestions? where are there going to
be the least cops?), or how far, or for how much of the day. Depends on who
ends up coming.

But it'll be slow, (thanks to double frequent-flyers and heavy police
presence) so it'll be fine for too-fiddly riders.

Hmm. Sounds like it could be a goer.

Are the EPA boys likely to be up that way though? All my bikes are "Can
Kit"ed, but none of them are legal noise levels.

Not the way we're going.

 

Well, firstly, it is "boy" singular.

The EPA only have one person, a bloke, who does these inspections.

None of my four bikes have stickers, but I have been assured that three
of them will not be pursued by the EPA, while the four is still
stock-from-the-box, and shouldn't need a label.

Can't be a lot of fun having a motorcycle that you can't/won't/worry
about riding any place you feel like riding.

Anyhow, it probably won't be a fast ride, but should be quite fun.

All comers are welcome.

N.B. if Gerry turns up, we've all got to either ignore him, or insult
him.....<shrug> I don't understand either, but if it makes him happy.

Last couple of days has been slobbing watching cricket on TV, and it's
just this morning I'm feeling more like my usual self....might have
something to do with a ride.

Must have been ill. ONly explanation for watching cricket. Temporary
insanity.

TOuch and go it must have been, any sicker and you'd have been drinking
Fosters!

I might wander by Beowra at around 9. Or might not, depending on
energy. GOt a lot of work to do.

It was terrible busy.

I just wish that all these tourists would piss off, and those demented
folk on holiday would get back to work.......someone has to keep the
wheels of industry turning.
