Collected today with everything seemingly sorted except for the near- side crash bar which BMW have stopped supplying whilst they source a new supplier that doesn't make them from crépe paper. Thing is, yes, the godawful misfire has gone away but the dealer was none-too convincing (or convinced, I feel) that the "solution" was fresh go-juice. Yes, they put some petrol in it and subsequently it behaved. *boggle* I can't actually recall exactly where I last filled up -- somewhere near Chippenham, I think -- but I'm not prone to using shite petrol and it wasn't like it was sat unused at all. It felt fucking slow on the way home, tonight and that's comparing it to the R1200RT I borrowed. *sigh* Oi, Zymurgy! You selling your 12R?
