I assume it's a standard reply, but I got the following:

    ""
    Thank you for your email

The police service actively encourages senior police officers to
initiate and develop public debate on points of interest. It is a
matter of public record that traffic volumes and traffic noise in our
National parks are controversial subjects. North Wales Police will
continue to be in the forefront of the development of public policy on
issues like this. This is exactly the area in which blogs excel, by
enabling the public to understand more about the way in which senior
police officers think, and to engage directly in a totally new way in
debate with them. We will continue to develop blogging as a police
    policy.

WUN had the right idea. Hack the blog and replace bikes with "muslim
looking asians in cars" or "Queer Men using National Parks for outdoors
    perversion".
Needs someone with the right skills mind you.

The points raised in that reply are:

    1) Senior police should create debates.
    2) Noise in national parks is a controversial issue.
    3) What North Wales Police do, everyone should do.
    4) Blogs are great, innit?
    5) Everyone should have a blog.

I must have 'ignored' that thread. Something as unspecific as 'utter
    cunts' around here needs clarification.

  15. Some have it that it all started when two fools ate some apples or some
such tosh. Me, I've always been of the opinion it began when the old
universe couldn't take any more shit.

I didn't read post one. I read the post by Wessie which the URL led me
    to.
I've made a comment of my own:

"Hey Brunstrom, you're a fucking prick leaving this slimey maggot in
    charge!

I could easily and happily compose an intelligent and thoughtful
response to your number 2's vitriol but I believe you send out a
standard reply to anyone who chooses to get into a debate with the
filth. Therefore, sir, you can go and **** yourself."
