Replacement Mono Shock

    The mono-shock on the ZZR250 has gone again (that means the one off the main
    bike and the one off the spare are both buggered). Whats the cheapest way of
    getting another one, but preferably one that won't be in the same situation
    after another couple of thousand miles?

    One of the shocks I have (I think it's the OE one off the main bike) looks
    quite clean, even though it's burst or whatever, so would it be a good
    option to get that done up?

    Other than that, it's breakers, as I don't really wanna fork out for a new
    one at God knows how many hundred a go.

    Any info, links, phone numbers, ideas etc will be greatfully recieved.
