    <fires up iTunes>
    <notes without a huge amount of surprise that no other song in the
    library contains the word 'minestrone'

    <Listens with care>
    Blimey, you're right. It makes more sense that way as well :)

    muddycat wibbled forthrightly:
    Does [1]. On your side of the water it may not, but I'd be very
    surprised.

    [1] I think I'm qualified to answer this.

    My old Nokia 6230 fell out of my Baglux bag[1] when I had the 600
    Bandit, and spread itself all over a section of roadworks on the M4
    westbound. I only realised when I felt a bump on my upper thigh, looked
    down and saw I only had one phone in the map pocket[2]. I stopped as
    fast as I could and walked up the hard shoulder a fair way and by pure
    chance found bits of it. Bearing in mind I was doing well over 100mph
    at the time, the fact that I found any of the remains is a miracle. The
    case and battery had fucked off or destroyed themselves somewhere, but
    I found the main chassis with sim card still inside, which was all I
    wanted of the remnants so I could retrieve my phone contacts.

    I bought a new phone the next day - the later 6230i, and a few weeks
    later decided to try the old chassis out to see if it had survived, as
    the case and battery etc were interchangeable between my new and old
    phones. It had, so I bought a new case and battery off ebay and gave it
    to Tori. That phone outlasted the replacement 6230i, which packed up 18
    months after I bought it.

    [1] I learned to never keep anything valuable in the velcro'd down map
    pocket. The wind rushing over the top of the bag would undo the velcro
    and things would either fall out or be sucked out.
    [2] I had a company phone as well.
