Removal of Seat Lock on 1978 Honda CB750F

    Hi;
    I lost my keys. I've purchased new ignition and seat lock, but I
    cannot see how to get the old seat lock off with the seat down. Any
    ideas? It would be nice to not have to use a grinder or other
    destructive method......
    Any replies appreciated.

    If it's a hinged seat (is it?), remove the hinge pins.
