"Beers first at Kiran's suggestion of The New Rose on Essex Road [1],
then on for meze and cheesy prawn soup at Gallipoli.

I guess we'll be showing up from about 6.30pm unless nobody bothers.

I have two problems, firstly the need to be at a soul destroying NR
meeting and then the, rather more important, need to be in a fit state to
drive a train the following day.

I would love to, but after a piss-up last night, and another one
Saturday, I'm not sure it would be politic to attend.

BTW, I stayed over at my mate's place in Southfields last night - if
you heard a low rumbling at any point overnight, it was probably just
    me in my slumbers.

That's not the problem - it's the 1992 Transport and Works Act that's the
    tricky customer.

    Worst. Turnout. Ever.

Still, much better than if those other cunts had shown up.

What the **** was that first pub we were in on Upper Street called?

I dunno, the quantity was abysmal but the quality was probably the
    highest we've had.

Rather ironic given the later conversation about the Medicine Bar.

  12. *****!* I was thinking of coming, just to piss the both of you off,
but we have a Friday afternoon meeting at 1600 which makes it difficult to
get into town at any early time. Meeting was cancelled yesterday but I
forgot about the clique-a-thon at the time. :-(
