Just so u know they are ace.
    They do 60-70 mpg.
They are the answer to global warming.

What I want to know is why the police let people tip them up 10 times
    year without procecuting anyone?

I think its a conspiracy theory led by Ford and the americans to US

  3. that's what I was thinking.

Mind, I've had some hilarious moments in a reliant regal. Including the one
that killed it... The amount of grin factor from such a humble item is out
    of all proportion.

my experience of a regal was rolling side/roof/side/wheels etc and itching
in fibreglass dust, so I'll pass thanks :)

My mother in law managed to reduce one to a pile of fibreglass dust and
engine parts by pulling out in front of it when it was moving at 60+ at
night with no lights on. The driver was a bit shaken but absolutely no
injuries at all (probably down to the fact that he was as pissed as a
newt). There was a small crease in the passenger door of the Wolseley
1800 she was driving at the time.

Ever seen one that's caught fire? You have a triangular puddle of melted
fibreglass and some chunks of steel and an engine, and that's it.

Yeah, and you've about 5 seconds to get out then there's nowt left. Seen
one or two go up. The power to weight ratio's good though, good fun sticking
to some poser's rear bumper in a flash motor who thinks he's quick and then
rubbing it in by passing him.

I knew a chap who had a brand new Escort Cosworth written off by an old
duffer in a Robin. Those Reliant chassis don't half cause some damage when
they hit another car up the arse.

  10. yeah, we burnt a couple of dead ones once. lovely fire it was. gets hot
    enough to melt alloy parts...

I reckon it takes more than 5 seconds to really catch, though.
