I must say, the gracious hospitality of the UKRMers I've met has far
surpassed any and all hopes. I am truly thankful.

In lieu of a blog, I suppose a trip report is in order and will be
forthcoming. After dinner, that is. For now, all I can say is, Goretex
doesn't seem to be as waterproof as advertised. 6 hours of constant
rain left my socks soggy and my gloves very wet. And I need to sort a
solution to the fogged visor. But a little water hasn't dampened what
so far is a great tour.
