    I read over on Reeky about it.
    I remember several months back, you reported a Ride up on Wilamena,
    about you and some friends and you rode a little bitty rice rocket,
    Kidding here.
    Tell me more about it.
    I'm interested, especially the price range of preOwned ones,
    Over?~~bjay~~~

    Not much to tell about since its sold (I think). Kid is supposed to
    come pick it up Thursday. Pre-Owned ones range anywhere from 1000 -
    3000 bucks. Normally you can pick one up thats a couple years old with
    low mileage for around 2200 - 2600 bucks. Good little bikes. Light
    weight and alot of fun to ride. They are a blast in the twisties. I
    kinda hate selling mine because we go to Mena,Ar about 4 or 5 times a
    year and I like riding it thru those mountians but O-well. I kinda got
    my eye on a FJR.

    I did get to look at one at the local Kawasaki shop here. It was last
    years model I think (it was silver) and had like 4000 miles on it. They
    wanted 10 grand for it. I looked it over pretty good and sat on it. The
    next day I took my wife up there to see what she thought and it was
    gone..sold. The salesman told me that he had it for about 2 weeks so I
    figured no hurry. I do have another one located and I am going to look
    at it Friday if the guy makes it back in town. I have also looked and
    rode my brother in laws Honda ST. Thats a nice bike also but that FJR
    just looks alot better to me and I want a sports touring bike. I have
    my Ninja sold I think and also have someone that is real interested in
    my V-Star. I get those two bikes sold and I will be ready to buy. If I
    am in your area before I buy, I will look you up.

    ~~~Let's see, there isnt that much difference in the two bikes, the
    Ninja250 & the FJR1300 . what, 10,000 dollars, and what 140 horsepower (
    difference). heh heh.(!) Is someone local looking to buy your
    Ninja?~~`later gater, Bjay''
    Yes a local kiddo is looking to buy it. He was supposed to pick it up
    last week but he fell a couple hundred short. He call me and I told him
    not to worry that I would hold it another week so he could get his
    money together. Hes a pretty young kid and I remember what it was like
    to want something real bad and trying to roll all your pennies to get
    it..LOL
