Recommendations for Pro MC Wheel balancer.

My company just bought an imported (China made POS) wheel balancer that
was originally designed for car wheels. They also sold us an adapter
with two cones and a locking nut that flat doesn't work because the
wheel just spins around the bearing. There is no dog or pad to lock it
up to the hub of the balancer.

Can anyone recommend a commercially made powered balancer that is set up
for motorcycle wheels (Harley's, Honda's).
