I'm big : 6'-3" tall and weigh in at 19 stone.
My name is David, which most people shorten to Dave. Hence "Big Dave".
Although I have answered to Benji, ****, Bastard, Oi, and Dogbreath over
the years.

I'm almost (4th August) 49 years old and I've ridden motorbikes for more
than 30 years.

I currently ride a silver 2001 Suzuki 1200 Bandit - the one without the
fairing. I also have a 1981 Honda CB250RSA that currently does sterling
service decorating the patio whilst waiting for room in the shed to sort
it out. I also have a 1978 Kawasaki Z250 that's in the shed in bits
being sorted out.

I'm a freelance design engineer by trade. I design various bits and
pieces for the petro-chemical industry. And I get paid an obscenely
large amount of money for doing it.

I always have, and always will, treat everyone I meet as an inherently
decent person, until they prove otherwise. My Dad always told me to
listen to everyone because, no matter how much of an idiot you think
they are, you can probably learn something from them.

I hate intolerance and sarcasm - which is why you lot got a gob full
from me for having a go at the OP. Listen to/read what someone's got to
say. If you think they are talking crap, just ignore them. That includes
me, but at least have the decency to read this post to the bottom.

If you can't say anything positive, don't say anything at all.
All you chuffs ever seem to do is reply to posts with "Your sig sep is
fucked" or "You should be bottom posting on here" or "Cross posted".
Ok, newbies need telling - do it in a polite and positive way.

I've always believed bikers should stick together - there are too many
bastards trying to put us down without squabbling amongst ourselves.

I've always stuck to the "Upset one of us and you upset a thousnd of us"
creed. I'd stand up and defend /anyone/from UKRM [and that includes you,
Champ, and the rest of The Clique] against anyone or anything should the
need and situation arise. And I'd do it without question.
