There's so many rebates being offered, especially this time of year. But, this rebate deal, has been going on a few years. I think the ''theory'' of the rebate concept is, ‘‘the companys who make the transactions’’, know, that a certain percent of customers never go through with applying for a rebate. I 'll just throw a guess out there, ''20%'! That's two out of 10, consumers never retrieve thier attached rebate, to what ever they purchased. Here's a reason or two! (1)-Loosing the rec't. (2)-loosing the rebate slip.(3)-lossing the box that the merchandise came in(4)-not redeeming thier rebate on time, or so! <>The so-called ''rebate companys'' know this, I'm sure. <>So, someway or another, that's a good thing, for them. Whatever the deal between, lets say, WallyWorld and this so-called rebate co. is: I'LL bet they make their money on the 20%. OTherwise, I don't understand the rebate concept. This is just my theory. <>The reason I posted this, is because of the trickery, of getting us in a store to look at a good deal, and then, the fine print will be, ''O yeah, after the rebate''......
