Well that's stupid. The car is as visible to oncoming traffic yet I can
see further ahead without blinding others.

  2. I agree. 'Beaten senseless', makes much more sense.

The fact you use them is meant to dissuade me from killing
    people?

Because - no one got hurt - the guy may have LOOKED out of control, but he
    wasn't.
Do you not think motorcycles and their riders look exactly the same way to
    some road users out there?

    heh.

Your specialist subject would have to be "The History of British Pie
    Making 1960-2003".

Swap 'Making' for eating and 1960 for 62 and you might have a winner.

So the statement from Ivan 'little evidence of being in control'
wouldn't have any bearing on this then?

The fact that no one got hurt has little to do with it, if he'd been
seen by the Police, they would surely have had some words - whether he
hit anything or not. The mobile phone is certainly evidence that he was
not in full control of his vehicle, and most likely wasn't paying full
    attention to his driving.
I don't see many motorcyclists using a mobile phone while riding.

Yes, slightly less wattage might help, although on a cage it might make
    it illegal.
