So much for a relaxing weekend. I went to change the rear disk on my FJ1200 this morning and two of the bolts holding the old disk on are jammed, the rest came off okay with a bit of CRC and some effort and swearing. I got a bit heavy handed with one of them and now the allen key type head is stuffed (or at least very close to it). Anyone got any suggestions on how to remove it, or get the other one off. I've heard of people who drill out bolts that are stuck but the last thing I want to do is stuff the thread where the bolt connects to the wheel.
