Re: Harley Davidson Dyna ride height

  1. Harlies don't handle or perform worth a damn, but they seem pretty to
a lot of people and have a fine fit-n-finish. I've ridden them and
while they don't suit my performance desires they make up for it by
adding a lot of untangible charm to the ride.

Louis Vuitton handbags are also very poor value. And I'm sure a
toothless Fendweller like you prolly thinks they're shite too when a
plastic bag can hold their stuff just as well.

But you look the right wanker holding your plastic bag you do.

How can you feel superior to the people who kicked your asses ? And then
later came to your defense when another power tried to take over your island
    ?

  5. I don't know if your impression of Americans from the vantage point of
a rubbish hauler would translate accurately across 260million.

As it happens, I was drafted in to the US office as sales manager at a
firm I worked for. They had 8 staff, we had 3 here in UK. Our annual
turnover at the UK branch was twice what the US were doing. This firm
supplied companies like GM, Honda and Toyota with OE car seating as well
as selling to individual dearships as aftermarket suppliers. I ended up
sacking the entire sales force en masse because they couldn't think for
themselves and refused to do things the way I wanted them done. I ended
up employing 5 new people to take their places and within 2 years the
new staff were equalling the UK office's sales figures. All of my new
    staff were recent immigrants.

*You* fired *them* because YOU were too stupid to make up your own
tiny, little, closed mind as to what you wanted them to do?

Not surprising, really. To coin a phrase: what a complete wanker!

The nicest thing about Americans is the way the women swoon over
British/Irish men once we have wined, dined, courted and fucked them. We
could never hold up being *so* scathing about American men as their own
    womenfolk IME.

TBH, it's become something of an embarrassment.

I thought a little gentle troll using the stinkiest of ancient bait
would fizzle out in a day or two at the most.

    I have created a monster.

It's like an early Xmas present.
Oh, someone did up ^^^ there, but in all the excitement it seems to have
got a tad lost. Shame really.

  19. Lost in translation? Turnover refers to employee retention here. Dunno
why you'd be impressing us with a drab company ethos! ;)
I would've been frustrated and sacked them all too if I expected
contradictory results. Think for themselves *and* do things they way
you wanted it done? That's a tall order to fill my boy. One that is
    poorly met in the US.

What you're really saying is that you wanted people of competent
intelligence who could rubberstamp your commands. Easy to find in
Europe, not so easy in the US where the smarter people tend to bristle
at authoritarian style management. So you're stuck with cunts who say
"yes" a lot, but couldn't piss their way out of a soggy paper bag if
    their livelihoods depended on it.
I too have seen the world. Europeans as a rule are a more standardized
product. Which is the polite way of saying the semi-totalitarian
authority of their socialist government is a lot better at pounding
out automatons of credible ability than what we've got here in the US.

Thanks to a sink or swim approach based upon the individual's merit,
Americans are all over the place. Sometimes embarrasingly so. But it
is this variability that not only produces incredibly poor specimens
of humanity, but genius and drive not seen quite often elsewhere. And
a dynamic that attracts the best/brightest from all over the world.
Hence your incredible ease at meeting your tall order with imported
stock even when the locals failed you.

Try that in the EC. Slowly the Europeans are waking up to the concept
of immigration but it is not without pitfalls. And it is most comical
to watch your lot fumbling in the dark with issues that have been
boiling over in the US for over a century!

In the meantime there is no economy in the world that consumes as
much, allows business unfettered freedoms in the course of their daily
functions and rewards investment and development to the extent that we
    do.

Oh sure every so often a bright socialist star approaches. Like Japan
in the 80s. Thing is nobody can outfuck an American. While they may be
better educated, harder working or more capable they still get their
asses handed to them on a platter at the end of the day by Uncle Scam.
All balls, no scruples. A potent combination.

In fact the UK and USSR saved you from facing up to a nuclear armed 3rd
Reich with ballistic missiles *long* before you were ready. Remember you
boys limped in after the Japs stepped out of line.
I speculate that the Nazis would have allied themselves to the
Confederate states, working up through their friends in South America.
