enlarge for best reading or print it out for the crapper... (salutes to Odinn

  2. Wow! I see the path of samsara vanish beneath my feet! Suddenly the
flame of ego and all things material fades to irrelevance and nothing
but the RC45 remains in view. I have achieved nirvana. Neverending,
the incessant march of evolution fantastically irrelevant. We don't
need anything else except an 11 yr old superbike! Hail!

BTW, if you could expand this fixation and create a detailed tome
documenting all of Japan's 1980s superbike offerings and print it on
colourful heavy stock I'd certainly buy a copy. Heck it'd surely beat
the other ramblings on Linux and fuel delivery by fellow reekyites!

as a lowly VFR pilot (do I need to genuflect?), I've often wondered
about the difference in the sound of the RC45 vs its plebeian sister.
care to explain this for no doubt the 300th time? even at eleven years
old, the RC is still a gorgeous machine.

Also, as my porker 03 VFR comes in around 560 # wet, I must say I'm
envious at the published 415 # dry figure of the RC. What's it weigh
fully laden with fuel, water, etc?

  5. Well my typing won't do the sound justice and my friend Paul (RC45#20) took down
his on board video site that would had... but if you got a friend that has a
copy of History of the TT you can hear Joey Dunlops winning RC45...

Add 16 pounds gas to 209 rear and 220 front = 445lbs fully laden...
