As its's now November. I've never been certain exactly why, but I imagine that it's mostly to do with: A: It's London. B: Everywhere is pretty awkward for getting a bike in the picture. C: We don't do other big city centres, either. D: There are too many to choose from. All of which are valid and correct and lovely. I was at a loose end last Sunday morning, so set out to examine "D". My commute, from the Isle of Dogs to Cannon St, via Moorgate, is just about 5 1/2 miles. In that time, I found 50 possible candidates for an RBR landmark. That was only on the way into work, though the homeward routewould yield fewer. Overall, I reckon on 90 on an eleven miles round trip. http://www.flickr.com/photos/38219192@N00/sets/72157622532495015/
