No, not the Square Four. It's from (what's left of) the same company
    but it has four wheels.

The reviewer thinks its more fun than a bike.

Did you see the bit where two hydrogen atoms walked into a bar. One
turned to the other and said, "I've lost an electron." "You sure?" asked
the other one. "Yes, I'm positive."

Yeah, very impressive and I want one and all that, but seeing as this is
a motorcycle group I am surprised that nobody has taken issue with the
way it was raced against a bike.

I'm far from an expert on bike models, and maybe the CBR600RR is one of
the fastest bikes around?? Also, the guy riding it did not look very
confident in the corners... Yes, I know Clarkson is not a professional
race driver so the rider may have been a suitable comparison, but was it
really "fair" to line up a mid-size bike??

Yeah, you can't read too much into a test like that except to say that
they are in the same ball-park (sorry Smee).

The message I take away is that some people who have ridden big bikes
for fun think this is more fun.

(although I don't know how much fun it would be eating bugs and getting
your face squashed for 200k or so, It's not a very practical
all-weather commuter, and despite the "boot" I don't think I'd tour in it. )

Of course it was fair, even with the 3 CBR600RR's you can buy with the same
amount of money, you still couldn't beat it.
However the 2 (insert favourite litre sports bike here) you could buy with
the money, you might have a chance. ;-)

And the one thing they always neglect to mention in any car v bike comparo
    is traffic.
I'm yet to see a car that can lanesplit...
