Well crap!!! Me and Bling! spent all day working on the 'Prillers
today. His bike is in tip-top shape.

    Mine, however is having problems.

My clutch slave cylinder is hosed, and so I will have to get a new one
    for $85.00.

Plus, when we were pulling the caps off the spark plugs to change
them, the freaking WIRES came out of the caps on two of the four
plugs!! Ruined. Now I need a new set.

So, if I can't get the parts before Friday my trip to Deal's Gap may
    be ruined. :-(

And since I couldn't get any fire to my rear cylinder I couldn't sync
my throttle bodies and get them all up to par.

The good news is that my valves are within clearance specs so I won't
be needing a valve job any time soon.

    Take care and happy riding!

    Pt 2.

Well, as it turns out ALL the Euro stores are closed today (as are
most other dealers) so I couldn't find out if they had any clutch
slaves in stock. If they don't have them in stock, it would mean an
order from Aprilia and there goes vacation.

So....I called an after market racing company in Ca. They make a
slave and plug wires for my bike and they said they would be here by
Wed. To make a long story short, $230.00 later I may having a running
    bike again. :-(

    We'll see.....

    Mondays?

Most Euro dealers are a bit higher than the Jap dealers. Not too
uncommon. I guess it's the whole Euro thing - bikes cost more, parts
cost more, so labor is also more expensive.

Anyway, I already ordered my parts so it's too late now. I am hoping
    they are here by tomorrow.
