Bjay here: below is so humorous...boy, your cage must really be a wire
cage on wheels.......that dont make a bita horse cents.......something
about isometrics...boy o boy, I can just see you riding on your 2
wheeler, stretching and switching legs and foots, drinking a coke,
leaning back, riding 'over' 200 miles without stopping for
fuel........DO I totally, totally disagree......you are okay. That was a
gooden......ole buddy.......bj

I disagree,
I have to stop more often in cages because I can't do isometrics while
driving a cage.
