It would be interesting to see if those meta tags are what are causing
our proxy to spit the dummy. I suspect it is, because it even
complains about your home page, which has no real content.

  5. It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
This gets back to the unwanted weight question, though, doesn't it? Far
better off taking Senna (pod, not Ayrton) having a bloody good shit and
    then using a butt plug.

All those saved lap/kilos over the course of 24hrs might make the
    difference between winning and losing.

I have not the foggiest idea, this not being my specialist area.
    Worked on flash, though.

    Woodland Circuit. Double Eek.

38 bikes making 200 yards and then all trying to get
round that stupid fucking hairpin is going to be sheer
carnage. Should be good to watch though.

Oh, and the next round is Castle Combe FFS. I was hoping
those NIMBY cunts would have the place closed before then
so we wouldn't have to go...

Well yes, the full circuit is great and I can do good times
round there on the 748, but I'm not looking forward to
doing that stupid hairpin on the Woodlands circuit.

Many years ago I went to the very first Performance Bikes
Frenzy [1] at Cadwell park where they ran the other half
of the circuit (ie, not the Woodlands section) for a trackday.

The amount of people that cocked off going through the
hairpin was unreal - there is quite a drop as you go from
one side of the track to the other, through the hairpin,
and given the fact that most of the sportsbikes of the
time [1, again] had **** all ground clearance so most people
going through there were scraping, sliding or high-siding
    round there.
There will be 38 of us from the club - as it's our series -
so there's bound to be someone to help. But the more the
    merrier! Dates are:

Round 1 - Cadwell Woodland Circuit
    Saturday 30th April - Practice
    Sunday 1st May - Race 1 and 2

    Round 2 - Castle Coombe
    Saturday 4th June - Races 3 and 4

    Round 3 - Snetterton
    Saturday 25th June - Race 5 - Time Trial

    Round 4 - Donington Park
    Saturday 13th August - Races 6 and 7

Round 5 - Brands Hatch Indy
    Sunday 11th September - Races 8 and 9

Round 6 - Cadwell Park Full Circuit
    Sunday 9th October - Races 10 and 11

Hang on a mo! I think I was there! On my ZZR11. Would have been
around 1990/91? The used the circuit with Charlies and The Gooseneck,
but without the Mountain and Hall Bends. Don't tell me that you're
    just using the other half?
I'll try and get along to this one.
I'll be here, but perhaps a bit busy :)

That sounds about right. I've got some video footage somewhere
which I may well have to dig out now and I'll have to see if
I can spot you. I'm sure I've got a load of pictures stored
    away somewhere as well.

And yes, we're using the *other* half of the circuit. It's got
to have all of 4 corners. It's going to be absolute carnage
in that short dash from the start to the hairpin then up the
    mountain. Why they're using this I don't know - I'd prefer
    the other half.
Cool. I should have plenty of tickets so I'll let you know
when they turn up if you're not going to sneak in with your
    own ACU licence ;-)
    Really? ;-)

Will definitely come and stick my head in to your garage at
    some point though.

I just meant that "webmonkey" usually refers to someone who in some way
builds websites. Those people don't get allowed to play with important
things like routers, firewalls, load balancers or web marshalls, which
is were content filtering gets done.

    ITYM:

In the dingiest corner you will find the monkey responsible, chained to
    the wall.

Take him to the pub. Ask him how *he* gets round the filters.

    :)

Apparently we're doing a 30-40 minute race. At the
time the dates were published it wasn't confirmed
what the format (ie, points awards) would be, but
we've now been told that it's 30-40 minutes and
points will be awarded as per a normal race.

    So I guess it's a mini-endurance event, or a very
long race! I reckon we'll do about 25 laps if it
    runs to 40 minutes.

  17. I think Veggie & I were at the first Frenzy. doesn't seem like 1991
ish though, more like 94 which was when we first started seeing each
    other.

I think you're right. I had an RGV250 at the time, which means
I was at UCL, so it works out about right to be 1994.
