    Nice :)

Question though - can't you make the front of it a bit more aerodynamic? It
looks, well, a little square at the moment...

It is quite square, but it should look better with the
side panels on. The pictures make it look worse than it
    is I think.

All good stuff, but really - black text on a red background?
Imodium. I swear by it (it's on my race day packing list). Actually,
the Boots generic version is just as good, and cheaper.

Our new fucking proxy blocked it with "Your request was denied because
    of its content categorization: "Entertainment/ Recreation/ Hobbies;
Games". Cunting thing. Fortunately I have a back door route at the
moment, but it's a pain in the arse.

I wonder how the proxy detected the content? Anyone know about these
    things?

    From the site:

    "16th December 2004
Eye sight tests. Don't you just love them? Qualified Doctors telling you
that you have deficiencies - you really can't beat that feeling"

    Right.

Take your .44 Magnum out of your deak drawer and slide it into your
belt. Leave your office and make your way to the basement. In the
dingiest corner you will find the webmonkey responsible, chained to
    the wall.

    Blow his fucking head off.

    Go to the pub.

web marshall software just scans the text, does fuzzy comparisons
against a predefined sets of keywords and decides on the category based
on a set of scores - not rocket science.

I'm just guessing here, but I suspect it probably looks at the keywords
tag in the HTML, doesn't it?

I suppose it could do it from the actual content, but sounds like much
    more of a PITA.

why would a webmonkey have anything to do with setting up content
    filtering?

The fact that its a sub domain of demon.co.uk probably doesn't help
    either.

Of course. I mean, what sort of **** puts this in their web site:

    <meta name ="keywords"
content ="Horrible.Demon, Antony Espindola, Star Wars, Quake2,
Jedi Knight, Mysteries of the Sith, Internet Explorer, Free Games,
Free Stuff, Honda RVF 400 RR,
    Mortal Kombat, Ducati 748, Suzuki RGV250, Stuff">

I don't about this sort of thing but my guess is this gave the game away:
<META NAME="Keywords" CONTENT="DUCATI SPORTING CLUB, UK, Essex, Ducati,
    Desmo, Due, Corse, 916, 996, 998, 999, 748, 749, Monster, ST2, ST4,
Racing, motorcycle, motorbike, racing, track, trackday, events, social,
    meeting, rideout">

Heh... "Stuff" - very descriptive. I'm not sure that's what they had in
mind when they came up with that meta tag.
