Extra, extra, read all about it! Hayabusa beats and R1 in a flat-out top
    speed run.

From the comments section for the clip:

"The bike is a Suzuki Hayabusa with a 1400cc engine. (they made those in
1999). and it really can go OVER 200mph. the engine can create nearly
200hp and it used to be the fastest serial producted bike in the world.
ive seen the movie where this clip is from. and they are really pushing
it hard. theres even a scene, shot from the busa. where it is going
    faster than 200mph. .."

"actualy i own an r1, and they are capable of 194 max. right off the
boat or showroom.. think about it.. in an r1.. you can get to 100mph in
    1st gear."

"This video is from Mach II. If you think its fast, check out the Mach
III video which shows the ZX12 blowing by the Busa at 245mph! I will
send you the clip if you dont have it! ..."

At least the last guy manages to get one thing right. The clip_is_taken
from Fast Bikes' Mach 2 video.

Save for a stock rear shock, the front brake assembly, some mangled Over
rearsets, a similarly mangled Akrapovic pipe, and the bent rego plate I
keep as a talisman in my ducktail, no.

  12. No he did not. May I suggest a stop at OPSM on your way back from the pub
with my carton of beer, Mr Magoo?

Sharpies in the 80's had short hair with very long rat tails at the back.
Skin tight jeans and very short jumpers (connies)
    We had the cheltenham sharps.

Translation: A mullet haircut is also known as "business at the front,
    party out the back".
    Clearly no mullet then...

Why not done with clippers, and how could you tell ?

    Yous guys are so *young*!

Real sharpies were the ones from the 60s that Conehead so eloquently
    described.

I grew up in the bush, and we didn't have any real ones there, but my
big brother and his mates got beaten up by some on a footy trip to the
    big smoke in 1966.

We had our fair share of rockers and a sprinkling of mods.

I suspect the main characters in "A Clockwork Orange" were projections
of Sharpie culture into an uncertain future.
