Had a good look at one of these at the rally at the weekend. It looked
better than the photos, and I want one.

The owner is a short, middle-aged woman with a smug look on her face.
She'll be at the Off-Centre Rally. I've told her to look out for a madman
with an overdeveloped right arm, on a GPX.

  2. There was one at Bladebalst this year and it actually went around the track
    quite well considering!

    X-No-archive: yes
    Is that the actual number?!
If so, it must be speed limited.
I think they run about 100 horsepower and they're not short-geared so they
should get another 20 or 30 kph before they run out of puff.

Most of the big "chookies" are speed/rev-limited in 4-6th gear, due to their
100-110 section 19"/21" front wheels the dual-purpose rubber made for those
sizes (and legislated in many countries) doesn't usually (some exceptions,
rarities) come in anything "faster" then H-rating (210kmh tops).
    cheers
