R1 front brakes & Viper race can...

After Champs teethpullers, I want to improve the fronts on the R1, I
cant help feel the pads are shit, the discs are nearly new & original as
    i have the receipt.

I'll change the fluid as a start & get some new pads, any recs?

I fit the Viper race can tonight & it sounds great without horrible
boominess, as it's a carb bike, would it benefit from a bit of tweaking?

Took it for a proper wringing out tonight & for an 11 year old bike, it
really does feel great now... Felt very sweet on the throttle, which you
just dont get with most FI bikes i find, especially at low speed &
    throttle positions.

The same as Champ (& I) have?
Without a doubt. Stick a BMC or similar filter in first though.

Bleed the breaks and fit new hoses if they are still the original
ones. Not sure on pad recommendations.

As Krusty says put a better filter in and then book a session on a
    DYNO.

As it's you, ask for the cunting cumsponge frogjizz compound. Or if you
don't want them to hang up, MF (front) & MR (rear). Don't go for the
race compounds unless it's a trackday toy.

Brembo radial master cylinder. Nobody who's fitted one has bitched
about their brakes and you can always change it back to the OEM one
when you sell the bike next month.

I got them nice & warm before i really pulled on 'em & they nearly had
me teeth out & whilst nose marks maybe normal on your visor, they're not
    on mine :)

Why would anyone buy a litrebike of any description & not ride it like a
    ****?

I'll look one up, those pads are quite reasonable money too, £25 per
caliper for the MRR, cheers peeps.

Head to your nearest Dynojet centre and have it set up on a rolling road.

Being in the market, so to speak, for a dyno run and sort out I had a
look there: the solitary webpage for the locallest franchise is a
    little concerning:

    http://www.mkdyno.com/

    Recognise anybody there?
