R1 default settings

    Anyone got a user manual for a '98 R1 and can give me the factory
    defaults? Given that I've decided to keep it for a while I want to
    actually set it up proper, like. Anyway, while the current settings
    work, I'd like to have a play.

    Oh, and default settings for an Ohlins rear shock would also be nice:
    the instructions on Ohlins' own website seem to be for a later model
    with remote preload.
