Job done, started bleeding, all going great, until i must of run it out of
fluid in the res. No lever at all & nothing coming out the calider bleed
    nipple.

Whats the best way of sorting it for fucks sake.

You really ought to GAMI, with your record. Bung it out to SWK.
You forgot the compulsory "Buy a Mityvac" there. Makes that sort of
    thing a POP.

IU have done it through two res full & still no lever. No bubbles coming
out, but fluids going through the system.

    Must be the master cylinder?

    Shit in the carbs?

Its ALWAYS shit in the carbs, in this case probably just some very stale
fuel in the float bowls. Its generally a good idea to drain the float
bowls when putting a bike into hibernation.
Did you check for water in the bottom of the tank ?, if the fuel outlet
from the tank is on the same side as the sidestand (most are) this can
cause water in the carbs when parked and clear up when upright.

punters so I'll offer you a tenner and a packet of polo mints. You
    know it makes sense

[snip brake woes & hijack thread]

Saturday afternoon and I needed to move the Hayabusa out of the garage,
which means down a bit of a slope. It's too steep to be pushed back up,
so I needed to start it up, which means holding it on the back brake
    while I do it.

So, right foot, pump - nothing. Pump, pump. Still nothing. PUMP,
PUMP, PUMP and Ah! I have a back brake.

I've only done 900 miles since I've had it so far...
