  3. When I asked that question, in relation to a copper's behaviour, in a
certain motorcycle some 18 years ago, the magazine got sued :)

If he's lucky he'll get put in a seg unit, but apparently it's very
    lonely in there.

I'm currently reading Charlie Bronson's 'Good Prison Guide', it's quite
    an eye-opener.

He doesn;t need to be lucky - any prisoner can request segregation if
they feel threatened. Often they'll be moved about for the first few
months, then quietly placed somewhere they're not well known when the
    hoo-ha has quietened down.

amazingly, he was actually considerably less of a pain in the arse
    than I remember him being.

    Getting older suits some people.

Even more surprisingly, Veggie Dave, who was also there actually had
an actual girlfriend! I was fairly boggled.

IMHO Solitary is the place to be, voluntary or otherwise. Civil or Military.
Assuming a reliable supply of good reading matter.

    Ah, the meduim-sized temporary girlfriend.

Little ones must be Fiesta and for the chubby chasers, Transit.

I never saw him as a PITA, funnily enough.
As long as we do it slightly disgracefully.
    You're on drugs, I'm sure.

Better - I let him use my angle grinder to chop some bolts off. You've
no idea how happy it made him, making arcs of sparks. Gambolling about
the garden, he was, a'whoopin' and a'hollerin'.

  14. Have you learnt nothing in life? Does the term "don't feed wild animals"
    mean nothing to you?
My point exactly. Far too rich a diet that is, it does them no good at
    all.

I stood well back. Shouted instructions from behind a handy tree, as
    it happened.
Shoes full of live sparks do that, too.

Amazingly, he'd never had the opportunity to use one before. I only
had the small variety at the time - imagine what he'd have been like
with one of the big jobs!
I have. Can get abrasive over longer periods, just like me.
