I suppose a few have gone to Chimay/drowned.

I guess most of you sad fuckers are at ASDA buying Harry Potter for a
    fiver...

    Which was wrong.

This is WalMart. Container loads shipped in from Mexico, no doubt.

The mother of my sprog, the silly witch, queued in Havant for an hour to
    get a copy.

She seems to forget that the sprog is 16 and would much rather a
    subscription to a porn website...

Is that all? Cunts here have been camping outside the bookstores for
    days.

What? You don't have a "**** you in the eyes, you Harry Potter publisher
cunts" WalMart within 50 yards? How primitive.

Well, if you stick around, you'll see that that notion does exist on
this NG. Act like a complete twat and you'll not see it, as you'll be
running off with your tail between your legs.

Wondering how much of this is spin... Even the French TV news had
reports about youngsters queuing up at the Paris Virgin Megastore to be
the first to buy it at midnight (in English of course).

And it seems that actually, only a dozen or so have been bought. They
forgot that only 2% of the French young can enjoy a book in English, and
that these having a bit more common sense than most they don't see why
they should have an uncomfortable evening when can buy it today, or next
week, or even later during a sale.

The word 'retard' is also missing at least once in your description.

  20. Newaet was in Stormwind City last night just after midnight counting the
few coppers left of her stash after getting that DING! and spending all
her dosh on her new ride and a bit of training and there was chat about
it on the General Channel and I now know the ending without reading the
book. Presumably sad fuckers are sad fuckers everywhere but the spin
around what is just a childrens book is enough to persuade me not to
consider buying my Grandson a copy for Christmas.
