Nope. TSA doesn't have people to di it for cargo. It's all the
    contractors that run the docks.

The mentality needed to work down there is, "When it's my time to go,
it's my time to go. Until then, live each day to the fullest."

I was an Assistant G.M. handling US Airways, Continental, and Midwest
Express cargo when 9/11 happened. To be honest, all that has been added
is several layers of bureaucracy. Go back a decade when I first started
in the business, and any Joe Schmoe could walk up and ship a box as
easily as you can today at Fedex. It was basically, 'Fill out the
airbill, gimme the box and $34, and go away'.

Now we do a lot more security related things with each shipment, but
having been in the industry for a decade, I don't feel any safer.

Someday when it no longer matters to the government, I might tell a few
stories about the stuff I've found over the years.. I'll just say I've
had my share of heartstoppers and leave it at that.
