Queensland Q Ride how does it work?

    Can someone tell me how Q Ride works?

    As I heard in NSW (could be wrong) you learn to ride, you pass, you
    goto the RTA to learn the written test, then you go for your P's, you
    go back to RTA you pass, you are on your full licence after say 3
    years.

    nsw is 2 day learners course, written test
    ride by your self 80kph for 3 months
    1 day p plate course and road test, written test
    12 months later full licence..

    i think if your over 30's, you dont have to wait the 3 months and you go
    strait to your opens instead of p's.

    qld has a something similar, learners, have to be with a full licence rider,
    before getting ya p's

    or qride if you qualify, which is you rock up, do a course test thing and
    get your opens strait out of the box.
