Your attendance was already assumed. Fancy a spot of Benly fettling?

Pete, we may need to bring you something gunky for cleaning.

There was a vague route and timetable worked out. Oi Platy?

There were various long or short ferry routes discussed and stopping
    places mooted.
I still haven't ridden yet (I can now stand on one leg for 17 seconds,
physio advises 30 seconds before I try) and I have no idea how
uncomfortable it's going to be but when have I ever let a little thing
    like that stop me.

    Random Benly fettling?
There may be a carb as well.

You're going to be sat on your arse most of the time anyway.

Oh, I thought it might be more of a first past the post, by any means
within the rules type of thing.

Well I've never ridden a GFR further than 100 miles in one day, so I
suspect I might have to be prised out of the seat and stretched on a
rack at each stopping place. Sounds interesting though, depending on if
I still have an employment contract after March.

What a relief. No problem, your things can be oscillated at high
    frequency with my pleasure.

There's your exception: few years ago, german automobile club (the ones
picking up broken cars on the road) declared the Xsara Picasso best of
class. It may look flimsy, but it mostly gets you there.

I like the word "mostly" cunningly inserted there... :)

Rereading it, I may have the location of the 'mostly' wrong. English,
    tough to get right.

It gets funnier btw when knowing I have an old french car currently in
intensive care for major engine overhaul work... :)
