Well, the BT service over here is not as good as it could or should
be, sometimes.

I see, now. I hadn't caught the forum comment the right way - now I
understand. As I understand it, the BT newgroup servers are not the
best in any case, so you aren't missing so much. You'll be fine with
indiviodual.net, and get to use a proper newsreader into the bargain.
