I'm in Canada, west coast (near Vancouver) and need
an upper triple clamp conversion kit for an '07 Thruxton
(from clip-on bars to regular). The Norman Hyde part #
is HBK169 -- "Thruxton top yoke assembly". Price £104.50,
or £122.79 with VAT. (Do I pay the VAT even in Canada?)

Anyone here dealt with this supplier? Or know of any other
dealer(s) where I could get the same accessory?

    Any clues appreciated.
    TIA, Sean Quinlan

You shouldn't need to pay VAT but you'll need to bend over and take it
    from CBSA for import taxes.

  3. Norman Hyde is about the best there is.

You shouldn't need to pay VAT on an export sale. Import duty into
    Canada, though....

You mean there's a proper and an improper way to x-post?
If you're talking about UKRM, I've been having trouble
with its server and/or my news client.
