While I have no doubt that many people die as the result of incompetence
within the UK NHS nobody is going to believe your conspiracy theory that
they are murdered.
As for what happens to the remains, within any bounds of use specified by
the individual/guardians before death why shouldn't the organs be used?
It's better than the worms getting at them.

Have you investigated Crop Circles? and the co-incidences of them appearing
on days people died in hospital?
