I got what could be considered a piece of spam this morning,
advertising loads of clearance items on a performance parts web site.

On looking, there might be some things that someone here could find
useful, so I thought I'd propogate it:

  9. There's an appeal in that. Getting the thing absolutely tip-top.
Suspension blueprinted and professionally set up. engine, yeah. Replace
every little thing that looks even slightly worn. Hidden or hard to see
improvements, like a better m/cylinder, levers, etc. So it looks stock
(ish) and goes like split shit.

    Ultimate Q bike.

Widespread across most manufacturers in Scandiland, and at most filling
stations. The 'merkins are seeing a lot of it, too.

On the Saabs I believe they are "dual fuel" so in theory I guess so. I
think there may be issues with valves.

The Bandit owner seems to know quite a bit about it. This is his web
    site (usual disclaimers).

Think yourself lucky R1 footrests don't fit a 10R or it wouldn't be my
    problem.

The bike needs taxing the end of this month and I'll just SORN it so
the chances are I'll give it a new set of rearsets then never ride it
with them fitted. The other alternative is to fit the rearsets and
ride it without tax but that'd be naughty and I wouldn't do that would
    I?

Sounds right up your street - you get called a **** often enough, now
you get to make it professional!

Oh, and congrats/sympathies as appropriate, of course.

It's a bit downmarket for Slic as jobs go but Holeshot specialise in
    this sort of thing.

I believe they did the Stage 3 work in my B12 engine, it isn't slow and
I haven't been able to blow it up.
