Does holding a full uk car licence give me provisional entitlement to
    ride bikes?

Depends on your matching the criteria dunnit. If you can't make the
twenty points then no. And you have just blown two breaching section
421.7.15 of the rules by posting to ukrm. I mean, it is in the ffaq.
It makes it quite plain that we are a public forum so you really only
    have yourself to blame.

"421.7.15: Under no circumstances must you glue three penguins together
    to make a paddock stand".

Are you *sure* you meant 421.7.15?

421.7.15, did I say that? My mistake, I meant 421.15.7.

*bzzt* That's "Always keep an emergency space hopper under the saddle".

    You meant 421.51.7

Depends when you got your full UK car licence. If it was ten years ago, then
yes. Last few years, no. Not sure when they changed it. In any case you'll
need a CBT before you go on the road.

  9. No, that's relating to the suitability of straw as emergency inner tube
    packing material.

  14. And you can tell by looking at the paper part IIRC as it has the
    provisional entitlements on it.
