The Bell End I think it was referring to is the one just past Hagley

 

I was following a van up the A40 a couple of weeks ago with Wyre Piddle
Brewery sign-written on it. I have now decided that I absolutely must
try a pint or two of Piddle In The Wind (ABV 4.5%) and Piddle in the
Snow (ABV 5.2%)

 

And down south, they don't consider Littlehampton to be amusing.

 

The Bell End near Hagley is a place, Bell End & Mincing Lane in Rowley Regis
are road names.

 

In the case of Bell End near is about 5"
