pro-audio foak[2]: midi, stepwise sequence triggering and macs.

    Money, by pink Floyd. All the noises on the start of the track.

    Slice them up, so there's 7 of them, load the samples into your software[1].
    Connect a drum pad through your midi interface.
    Hit pad, hear sample one, 'ting', hit pad - sample 2 'chink', hit pad -
    sample three etc.
    After sample 7 it returns to sample 1.

    Optionally pad 2 breaks the routine and steps to the second set of
    sequences (the people talking over the end of the track)

    I am running OS X 10.5.4.

    I'd use Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 or Sonar 7.
