    And then they grw up?
Oh, don't even go there. Himself had to use that for a bit. Ain't the same
as Prince, of course, but it's still a bloody PITA. As is CMM.

I do hope that when you analysed this, you had a suitable Senior Responsible
    Officer.

Have you ever encountered an organisation of any size with the discipline to
    implement /anything/ properly?

Oh, that's a damn fine reason for it. If you can get several hundreds a day,
    go for it.

The bloody handbook costs 40 quid. It is pants.

Good point well made. I've used it in SME

Gin is a food group. As is caffeine.

One of my girlfriends reckons that the four food groups are chocolate,
chips, champagne and sex. When asked how sex could be a food group, she
responded that it was the way that *she* did it.

I really am going to bed now, before all me inhibitions go someplace else.

Fucked if I know. I started thinking about other things until he
mentioned the word "black belt" at which point I knew i had to control
both my body language and mouth to avoid causing offense. The mental
effort I had to employ meant I had no free resources to listen to what
he was wibbling on about. Trying to keep my lunch down took some work
    too.

Wedge it into the nearest photocopier, feeding his tie through one of
the rollers. It'll look like an accident.

I was in the Co-op this evening, and there were three guys, prob. early
twenties, buying cans of lager and 2-litre plastic bottles of White
    Lightning...

No, I was actually thinking more of several million quid off the UK
Government actually... seemed to work fine for the likes of EDS and Siemens
(IIRC) when they secured the odd Government IT project in times gone by that
then went way over budget, and didn't have any penalty clauses for late
    delivery included in the contracts.

The fact that they didn't work either and were invariably abandoned in the
end without any real financial recourse for the taxpayer is neither here nor
there either, but hey, at least they used Prince/2, eh! ;-)

I used to. Add Blue Curacao to it for colour, especially with rough
    cider.

Delphi is a bit more advanced and involved than Pascal though, IIRC.

T'was a while ago I had to cover both (briefly), so my knowledge on either
    isn't exactly great.

Anyway... where you live is about 20 years behind the rest of the South
    East, so no surprise. ;-)
