A friend of mine needs to know how and where she can acquire the
knowledge and qualification. Anyone got a clue please?

Yes they do!

They made us cover it at college, albeit as briefly as everything else they
'taught' us on the HND I did.

I suppose at least this is still used, whereas the Pascal has *really* come
in handy since, in the real world. ;-)

 

Ah, but that's college. Have you found a single commercial company, other
than those who sell to public sector, who use Prince 2?

Not true.

Some private sector companies used it for a while.

However I think that there's another flavour of the month now.
Six-Sigma or something, I didn't really listen to the stuff someone was
spouting about being a 'Six-Sigma black belt'; the urge to spew got too
much.

P2 is a very good system and if implemented properly can save a shed
load of trouble in complex projects
