Another successful shop with Tayna, purveyors of fine motorcycles
batteries. Ordered yesterday and delivered today on standard shipping.

I've used them several times this year too, no complaints.

My local bike shop will get them the following morning too. They include
all the acid and fucking about as well.

Just done a quick search for an MZ battery I bought a couple of weeks ago
    - £29 for a Varta on the site, I paid £14 filled and in my hand the next
day for a Rob Hunter from the shop.

Admittedly Varta are better and I didn't bother checking the price from
the local shop but I doubt it would be much different that to online.

I've used them a few times in the past, but they pissed me off a bit
last time when a big car battery died within a year. I had to either
post it back to them at my expense, or do a 70+ mile round trip to a
Varta test place. So I get all my batteries from a local shop now.

I am a bit wary of Varta stuff lately, they don't seem to last that
long. This week's purchase was a AGM one made by Westco.

I paid something in the region of £50 for a Varta 12V AGM for the
Aprilia, from that well-known purveyor of bike batteries, Halfords.
Off the shelf with a neat filler pack of acid.
