Practical license test rules in WA

    I'd imagine trainers recycle their learner bikes fairly regularly
    though, given the grief they get put through!

    Thanks for this, it's actually proof that this may be awkward, but it's
    not any danger to anyone.
    Yet, bicycles pull up to the left of turning cars, even if they
    shouldn't. It's illegal. So, make let's turning cars drive so close to
    the kerb that this can't happen? And guess what, with cars it actually
    can be dangerous, cause the cyclist is hard to see from inside a car.
    And please don't let this be a truck....

    Common sense is to look to your left b4 you're turning, so that you
    won't collide with a person who is committing the non-courtesy of not
    obeying the road rules.:)

    You need to look both ways at traffic lights as well. Any intersection,
    regardless of controls you must look for traffic before crossing. The only
    point (I think) I lost on my test was for missing looking at a set of
    lights. Passed first time, but had a very good instructor.

    I'd say one or two lessons with an instructor before the next test would be
    the way to go as well.
