  2. Well I did. And the left.

    Bastard toolkit DID have a 17/14mm spanner - but didn't have a 5mm hex
key, or any scusedrivers (although the leatherman solved that).

Anyway, after checking nothing was loose, I wiped everything dry and
then started the engine - sure enough, as soon as there was pressure a
    drip occurred.

See the pipe running left to right, left is dry, right is wet - well
that's the one that's gone. So *phew* that it's nothing too major.

I think I can probably change that myself, once I've been to halfords
and bought a couple of simple tools to accompany the pathetic kit under
    the seat.

Question is - what is that part name/number and where can I get one
*pronto*? I really don't want to be off the road for longer than I have
to. Hint: there's no Kwak dealers near me.

Lozzo - do you have a ZZR book nearby? better still a 'fiche?

    Doesnotcompute says...
That's fucked that is, give you a tenner for it.
I have a genyoowine Kwakersaki ZZR1100 spanish waiter sitting not 3
feet from my right foot. Replacing the parts is very straightforward,
but you'll need these folks to help you determine what parts you
    require:

    http://www.ronayers.com/fiche/getdesc.cfm?man=ka

It looks like Kawasaki part number 32150-1033 on this page:

    http://www.ronayers.com/fiche/400_0384/crankcase/crankcase.cfm?
    man=ka&groupid=14110&parent=13990

Don't forget that you'll need new copper crush washers as well; 4 x
11009-1376, and for good measure I'd replace the banjo bolts; 2 x
    92001-1871

  5. For the fuckec pipe - deal.
I'd agree that looks about right.
It does - thanks. Now to see if I can get them over here or whether it's
quicker to have them sent from the yoo kay.
