    Just to say hi :),

Regulars will know me the rest can ****-off :)).

Hav`nt been around much due to the old dinosaur of a computer giving up the
ghost and being a tight git have built a couple more out of bits and bobs to
    keep me going.
Nothing fancy and still slow 1.4ghz (hey the last one was 800mhz and lasted
five years) but at least I`ve got two both loaded with the same crap :)

Still riding a mostly std B12 unfortunately in red and not the one true
    colour but it works.

Drag racing season has finished for us now on the scooters, was meant to be
testing at Pod today but the weather has put paid to that but it`s been a
    good year.
We won the Straightliners in March and September (the only two rounds held
at Pod) so we`ve won the Top Scooter class and hold the straightliners
record for that class at 12.95 seconds for the 1/4 mile.
Our seasons best time was the last run out begining of October with an all
    time best of 12.5 seconds.

Big changes for next year as I`ve nearly finished fitting N2o to my scoot
and with a bit of dialling in should see something in the region of 11
    second runs.
Then its a change when the nos system is running to inject methanol along
with the N2o and see how far I can take it before it becomes a tad worrying
    ;-)

When I get round to it I`ll post a link to a few piccies of the set-up :)
and there`s a nice spangly UKRM sticker on the tail unit (although
unsuprisingly not a lot of people know what that means) but hey it makes me
feel I belong to one of the most exclusive/flame-throwing/cynical/sarky
bunch of reprobates floating around the usernet :)))

    Have fun.
and yes the sig sep is still probably broke!

Given what you did to the Buell, I'm surprised the Bandit hasn't
fallen prey to your predilections. I fully expect it to have working
    warp drive by next summer.

  12. Although, oddly enough, the Cheesy server went one step further -
PeteL's posts don't show up at all.

I'm just amazed you can be so clever in some ways and so utterly pig-
    shit thick ignorant in others.[/QUOTE]

He does have a point though.

The whole historical argument against oversized sigs was down to
bandwidth, in the days when every extra byte over a 2400 baud modem was
    a recipe for pain.

It doesn't really wash in a broadband world.
