I don't suppose that anyone knows of a non leaky er5 radiator for a 01
(c1) bike that might be available? The cheapest pattern bit I can find is
at mad4bikes.com at £130ish. Breakers are *not* coming up good for some
reason and I'm forgetting what petrol smells like!

But the new one from mad4bikes, the pattern stuff he sells is really
good quality stuff. I know the guy quite well as he's only a couple of
miles from here and used to be a customer of mine, he's cheap and he's
reliable. Buying used radiators has been a nightmare for me in the past.

ebay says it's 'dented'. Thanks for the vote of confidence though!

Next up, fitting it... I hear a rumours of a pressurised system.

 

All cooling systems are pressurised when hot. You do a rad replacement
when theyre cold.
