    The Idealworld pick-of-the-day is a twin-pack of Polopancho's for £19.99
    plus
see http://www.idealworld.tv/csp/isd/ideal/pod.csp or Ch22 on FreeView.

Has anyone on ukrm tried these things?
Are they any good on the bike, as a scarf/boby warmer or even as a hood as
    they show?
How about off the bike as a hat?

Does the fleece wick the water into your jacket or repel?

I can recommend them. They are more versatile than a scarf and in
particular are suited to having a 'ruff' with the tails down the back
    and front.

Tomorrow, since it looks like its going to be -5 when I cycle to work,
I'll be trying it in 'hat' mode.

I wouldnt say they were a bargain, but worth a tenner I'd say.

Well, they're £12.45 each by the time you add p&p, but that still seems
    worthwhile given your feedback.

    Thanks,
