    Well, I'll compromise on *most*.
Touché. I wouldn't normally, but it seemed a simple [-minded] way of
puncturing the elliptical pomposities of the customary way that barristers
speak, think and write. More words = more time taken to read, speak, listen
to and/or write them = more chargeable minutes/hours/days.

Quite correct but it founded the principals on which today's
    British law is based.

Fair point, although I have met more than one who wasn't as dodgy as a
    six-pound note.

Why can Europhiles think only in terms of territorial domination?
I was talking about a trading alliance. China is just the other
side of Europe. Yes, there is a world beyond Europe. You won't
    fall off.

God, you really are a no-nothing twat. aren't you? Chances are that
many Milanese would indeed have more in common with Mancs than Romans,
    yes.

And do you really believe this shit about Italian men going round with
knives which they'll use at the slightest opportunity? If so, you're
    even worse than I thought.

Tell me, have you ever been to Milan? Or anywhere in Italy? Or Europe?
Indeed, have you ever left your homw town? Or doesn't the day release
from your loony bin allow foreign travel?

Bwaahaahaahaa! You're really making this a laugh-a-minute monday, you
    know.
    That'd be a neat trick.

I didn't say they're dodgy, just that the above desciption is pretty
    much the basic job requirement.

You are quite right. It's a sytem that will inevitably implode.
Take a trip to Luxumbourg and see the "New Whitehall", a
veritable city of shiney new office blocks being built ready for
an anticipated army of EU pen pushers. Germany has got to get
it's 10% unemployment figure down somehow.

Bully for you, but not enough reason for us all to use play
money. The only way that will happen is if we vote "oui" to the
constitution, in which case the EU will impose the Euro on
Britain whether we like it or not.

Explain why you consider a currency accepted in literally hundreds of
    millions of establishments "play money"?
I would like it, it'll slowly cause our prices to allign with the rest
of Europe, rather than the over inflated prices we currently pay.

Plus, I never liked money with pictures of people on it.

Add all the Eurosceptic votes together.....
......then allow for all the apathetic Sun readers who would turn
out once they understand their personal liberties are under
threat. Your "constitution" is stuffed, and it'll be the Sun wot
    done it.

True. Does he know the EU presidency is still up for grabs? He'd
    be ideal.
I sincerely hope more Europhiles do vote green. As a Eurosceptic
it's tactically playing into our hands to split the Labour vote.

Yes, because they're a lot more patriotic than you think. If you
could get them off their arses they would treat the referendum
like a football match. "Ing-Ger-Laand". If there were free lager
at the polling booths a "No" result would be set in stone.

Well, I'm sticking with "all" Barristers have lackeys to blame for
    lateness, errors and procedural gaffes.
Ridiculous to the sublime, this. I've never got around to learning
    Kiran - care to comment?

An optimist would say I CAN vote for one MP.
That they all live in your country, speak your language, share
your economy and your British culture. Would you vote for Giscard
    d'Estaing as British PM?

Well maybe I'm way off bat, but I'd trust Germany and France _way_ more then
    I'd trust China.
Yes they're going to be big business, but they're hardly an open market.

Also, they're going to export their stuff here - what do we get out of it in
terms of reverse trade, aside from weapons ?

My point, is that Britain already has it, and therefore your example of it
being a shining light of unemployment is based on rather dodgy ground.
